【中文摘要】 用He-Ne激光和半导体激光辐照四株双孢蘑菇的菌丝体,以不处理为对照。取辐照部位转接PDA培养基培养12~15天,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)分析菌丝体酯酶同工酶谱。结果表明:He-Ne激光处理不改变蘑菇菌丝体酯酶同工酶主要区带(F与S区)的迁移率(Rf)。但是,20mwHe-Ne激光10分钟剂量不仅使酯酶同工酶活力明显增强,而且使得M区酶带数目增加。半导体激光对双孢蘑菇的辐照效果不及He-Ne激光,且不同功率之间效果差异不显著。
【英文摘要】 Using different power, different dosage' s He-Ne laser (632.8nm) and semiconductor laser (805nm)to irradiate mycelium of four Agaricus bisporus strains. And using unirradiate strain as contrast. Taking out some mycelium from irradiation position and then transfer them into PDA culture medium, cul- turing 1215 days. We use the polyacrylamide slab gel electrophoresis (PAGE) to examine the esterase (EST) isozymes of mycelium. We can see from the result that laser irradiating cannot change the Rf of main bands (F&S zones) of mycelium EST. However, 20mw He-Ne, 10 minutes irradiation can not only raise the activity of EST distinctly, but also increase the number of enzyme zone of M zone. The difference be- tween the semiconductor irradiation of 140mw、10 minutes and 20mw、10 minutes is not remarkable. And the irradiating effect of He-Ne laser is better than that of semiconductor laser.
