【中文摘要】 大型真菌有着重大的食用、药用价值以及生态学价值。对其进行遗传多样性研究,是进行资源可持续利用和保护生物学研究的基础。虽然有多种方法可进行大型真菌的遗传多样性研究,但最直接和常用的方法是分子生物学方法。通过对大型真菌遗传多样性研究中常用的分子生物学方法进行综合分析,比较了各种方法的适用范围和优点、缺点,以期对这方面的研究有所启发和帮助。
【英文摘要】 Macrofungi have great value in food,medicine and ecology. Genetic diversity study on macrofungi is the basis for sustainable development of natural resources and conservation study. Although there are several methods such as morphological study,molecular study etc. which can be used for genetic diversity study,molecular method is the directly and commonly used method. In this paper,the molecular methods were summarized and compared. The using of range,advantage and shortcoming of each molecular method were also given. Therefore,the overall aim of this paper is to give clues and help to those who want to take study in this field.
