【摘要】 对产自长白山自然保护区的珍稀野生食用菌珊瑚状猴头驯化栽培成功,介绍了珊瑚状猴头的分类地位、生态习性、地理分布和人工栽培技术。珊瑚状猴头菌丝最适生长温度为25℃,发菌期间需勤通风;人工栽培子实体的形态受环境条件影响明显,子实体发生温度范围15℃22℃,湿度保持在80%以上,温度、湿度适宜且通风良好的环境下,子实体形态与野生状态相同。
【Abstract】 s: Hericium coralloides (Scop.) Pers. was collected from Changbaishan Nature Reserve and cultivated successfully, and the taxonomic position, distribution and cultivation techniques was introduced. The optimum temperature for mycelia growth was 25℃, and ventilation was needed frequently during spawn running. The shape of cultivated fruitingbodies was strikingly influenced by environmental conditions, and temperature ranged from 15℃22℃, relative humidity (RH) >80%. Frequent ventilation was needed for the development of fruitingbody. The shape of fruitingbodies cultivated could be the same as the wild ones under properate environmental conditions.
