【中文摘要】 分别采用四氯化碳(CCl4)和北京红星二锅头诱导小鼠肝损伤,比色法测定血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的含量;肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)浓度,并作肝组织切片病理观察。亮菌多糖ATPS-2(25mg/kg、50mg/kg、100mg/kg)给药明显降低小鼠血清中升高的ALT和AST水平,抑制肝脏中上升的MDA水平和提高过低的SOD活性。病理检查结果显示亮菌多糖ATPS-2有明显的保肝作用。亮菌多糖ATPS-2对小鼠四氯化碳肝损伤和酒精肝损伤均具有显著的保护作用。
【英文摘要】 Adopting CCl4 and alcoholic to establish CCl4 and alcoholic liver injury model in mice respectively, colorimetric method assay the content of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondiadehyde (MDA) consistent of liver homogenate in mice, and liver tissue pathological section were studied. Polysaccharide ATPS-2 from Armillariella tabescens (25mg/kg,50mg/kg,100mg/kg) administration was obviously reduced the high level of ALT and AST in serum, the high level of MDA was inhibited and the low activity of SOD in liver homogenate was increased. Patholory inspection result indicated that polysaccharide ATPS-2 from Armillariella tabescens exert notable influenced on CCl4 and alcoholic liver injury in mice. Polysaccharide GEP-2 from Armillariella tabescens had apparently protective effects on CCl4 and alcoholic induced liver injury in mice.
