【中文摘要】 研究北虫草真菌在人工栽培生长过程中,由于基因发生突变而表现的真菌生物变异性。结果表明,在温度18℃25℃,湿度45%60%,每日光照培养10h的情况下,获得了稳定传代的白色虫草子实体。北虫草真菌在人工培养的条件下,基因发生自然突变,并能够稳定地遗传,北虫草真菌与其它生物物种同样在生长过程中具有变异性。
【英文摘要】 The fungus of Cordyceps militaris had taken place variability changing because of gene mutation in artificial cultivate, which were studyed. The results showed that at 18℃25℃, humidity 45%60%, light illumination 10 h every day, the white passage sporocarp of Cordyceps militaris were aquired. This report had demonstrated Cordyceps militaris gene occured nature mutation in artificial cultivate environment and can be steadily inherited. Cordyceps militaris had mutation resemble to other creature during growth.
