【中文摘要】 研究了3种不同浓度的外源激素对大球盖菇液体菌种培养的影响,通过测定菌丝体生物量、菌球密度,筛选出了3种激素单独使用时的最适浓度,并对3种激素最适配比用量进行了探讨。结果表明,3种激素单独的最适用量分别为三十烷醇1mg·L-1、2,4-D1mg·L-1、6-BA0.5mg·L-1;3种激素最适配比为三十烷醇0.5mg·L-1、2,4-D0.25mg·L-1、6-BA0.25mg·L-1,其菌丝体生物量比3种激素单独使用时表现出极显著差异。
【英文摘要】 The effect on the mycelia growth of Stropharia rugoso-annulata by 3 different exogenous hormones in liquid culture were studyed. Optimization concentration using alone and the optimization matching of 3 different exogenous hormones was carried out with determining mycelia biomass and mycelial pellet density of the fermentative liquid. The results showed the optimization concentration of 3 exogenous hormones using alone as follows: Triacontanol 1 mg·L-1, 2,4-D 1 mg·L-1, 6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1. The optimization matching of 3 different exogenous hormones was Triacontanol 0.5 mg·L-1, 2,4-D 0.25 mg·L-1, 6-BA 0.25 mg·L-1, there was a very significant difference between which and 3 different exogenous hormones using alone on the mycelia biomass.
