【中文摘要】 裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commune)的液体培养基能发酵产生苹果酸,经10天振荡培养后,发酵液中的苹果酸积累量为1600mg/100ml。采用离子交换法提取的苹果酸,经纸层析鉴定其hRf值为61.5,熔点为97~100℃,旋光度(?)=-5.0,红外谱的吸收高峰在3200cm-1、1700cm-1、1400cm-1、1300cm-1、1200cm-1和660cm附近,结果与标准苹果酸一致。
【英文摘要】 The liquid medium of Schizophyllum commune can be fermented to produce malate. After shaking cultivation for 10 days, the accumulated amount of inalate in the fermented liquor is 1600mg/100ml.The malate is extracted by ion-exchange method. Through the identification by paper chromatography, the hRFf value is 61.5, its fusing point is 97-100℃, its optical activity is -5.0, and the absorption peaks of the infrared spectrum are near 3200cm-1, 1700cm-1, 1400cm-1,1300cm-1,1200cm-1 and 660cm-1 The result corresponds with the standard malate.
