【中文摘要】 本文探讨了不同灵芝菌株的酯酶同工酶,结果表明,灵-1、灵-2、灵-3和灵-4有5条相同的酶带,它们具有灵芝的某些共同的遗传特征。但它们在酶带条数、Rf值及酶活性上有差异,各菌株均有特征酶带,灵-1、灵-2、灵-3酶谱相似,亲缘关系较近,但灵-4的酶谱与它们差异较大,亲缘关系较远。
【英文摘要】 Esterase isozyme of 4 Ganoderma strains is reported in this paper. The results indicate that Ling-1. Ling-2. Ling-3 and Ling-4 strains have 5 similar bunds, so they have sortie common genetic characteristics. But the numbers of bands, Rf value and enzyme activity of 4 strains have some differences. Every strain has its peculiar bunds. As cstcrasc isozyme zymogram is similar for Ling-1. Ling-2 and Ling-3, we may conclude that they have close relationships. While isozyme zymogram of Ling-4 is different from other strains, so it is concluded that the relationship is far between Ling-4 and other strains.
