【中文摘要】 用滤纸片法测定多菌灵对绿色木霉菌丝生长的毒力,回归方程为y=-1.2997+2.9544×±0.1482,方差分析表明完全符合实际。用改良的涂布平板法测定,多菌灵对绿色木霉分生孢子萌发无抑制作用,当初生菌丝生长至12.50~28.33μm时,菌丝先端畸形,从而抑制菌丝生长、分生孢子梗分化和分生孢子的形成。
【英文摘要】 It was proved with filter paper slice method that the toxicity regression equation of carbendazim on T. viride was y = - 1.2997 + 2.9544X±0.1482. The result of variance analysis showed that it was conformed to reality. It was confirmed by improved smearing plate culture method that there was no inhibition effect of carbendazim on T. viride spore germination. But the ultimate of hypha was swelled to inhibit mycelium growth, conidio-phore differentiation and conidium formation when primary hyphae grew to 12.50-28.33μm.
