【中文摘要】 采用二因子试验方法 ,设计 7种培养料配方和 4种栽培方法对肺形侧耳P954 18菌株进行优化栽培试验。结果表明 ,熟料栽培方法效果最好 ,生物学效率高于 10 0 %。适宜配方依次为 :稻草培养料 (稻草 84 % ,麦麸 15% ,石膏粉 1% ) ,橡胶树木屑培养料 (橡胶树木屑 84 % ,麦麸15% ,石膏粉 1% ) ,橡胶树木屑 +甘蔗渣培养料 (橡胶树木屑 4 0 % ,甘蔗渣 4 4 % ,麦麸 15% ,石膏粉1% ) ,甘蔗渣培养料 (甘蔗渣 84 % ,麦麸 15% ,石膏粉 1% )。肺形侧耳在雷州半岛一年四季都可出菇 ,尤以初夏和秋季出菇最理想。
【英文摘要】 Seven compost formulae and four cultivation methods were optimized with the experiments of two factors for Pleurotus pulmonarius P 95418. The results showed that the sterilized raw material cultivation method was the best, its biological efficiency was over 100%, and that the optimal compost was rice straw (rice straw 84%, wheat bran 15%, gypsum powder 1%), followed by rubber sawdust compost (rubber sawdust 84%, wheat bran 15%, gypsum powder 1%), rubber sawdust +bagasse compost (rubber 40%, bagasse 44%, wheat bran 15%, gypsum powder 1%) and bagasse compost (bagasse 84%, wheat bran 15%, gypsum powder 1%). P. pulmonarius P 95418 strain could fruit all the year round in Leizhou peninsula, while early summer and autumn were the better seasons for its fruiting.
