【中文摘要】 对 12个草菇栽培菌株及其栽培过程中环境条件的调控进行了研究。结果表明 ,菌株SV17和SV18的产量较高 ,头潮菇产量约占总产量的 80 %左右 ,且上层床架的产量高于下层床架。适当加强菇房内的空气循环 ,减少菇房上下层空间的温湿度差异 ,有利于提高草菇的产量和质量
【英文摘要】 The regulation technique of the environmental conditions for 12 commercial strains of Volvariella volvacea during their cultivation process was studied. The results showed that the yields of SV17 and SV18 were higher than that of other strains tested, and that the yield of the first flush possessed almost 80% of the total yield, while the yield of the upper layer bed was higher than that of the lower layer bed. And it was suggested that the air circulation should be strengthened so as to narrow the differences of temperature and humidity of upper and lower spaces inside the growing room to improve the yield and quality of V. volvacea.
