【中文摘要】 以新鲜野生桑黄子实体为材料,采用组织分离法获得纯菌株。该菌株的培养特性研究结果表明,桑黄菌丝生长的最适温度为28℃,最适pH为6.5,最适碳源是葡萄糖,最适氮源是蛋白胨,最适栽培培养基是鲜桑树枝木段培养基。
【英文摘要】 Vegetative mycelium was isolated from tissue of fresh fruit body of Phellinus collected from the wild and the effects of various culture parameters on mycelial growth were determined. Optimal temperature and pH value for mycelial growth were 28 ℃ and 6.5, respectively while, of a number of carbon and nitrogen source tested, glucose and peptone respectively supported the highest mycelial growth rates and most vigorous mycelium production. Fresh-cut mulberry logs were superior to mulberry wood sawdust for the artificial cultivation of the Phellinus strains.
