【摘要】 以小鼠脾淋巴细胞为试验材料,将有丝分裂原刀豆蛋白A(ConA)或细菌脂多糖(LPS)与化疗药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)联合使用建立了体外免疫抑制模型,并比较了多糖样品对5-Fu抑制淋巴细胞增殖的拮抗作用。结果表明,在供试样品中,F1-1[龙须菜(Gracilaria lemaneiformis)中分离多糖]和BW[沪农灵芝1号(Ganoderma lucidum)子实体中分离]对5-Fu产生的轻度抑制有完全拮抗作用,19号[沪农灵芝1号(G.lucidum)子实体中分离]样品刺激淋巴细胞增殖活性最好,但对5-Fu产生的抑制基本无拮抗作用,表明样品刺激淋巴细胞增殖的活性与拮抗化疗药物抑制淋巴细胞增殖的活性无正相关性。

The model was used to compare the antagonistic effects of different polysaccharide preparations on 5-Fu-induced suppression of mouse spleen lymphocyte and mixed lymphocyte proliferation. However,no positive correlation was found between the stimulating effect of a given polysaccharide on lymphocyte proliferation and the antagonistic effect of that polysaccharide on 5-Fu-induced suppression of lymphocyte proliferation.
