【摘要】 以香菇(Lentinula edodes)5个优良栽培菌株为亲本,设计3对杂交组合,获得55个杂交菌株,其中19个杂交菌株出菇正常。采用灰色关联度分析法,从菌盖厚度、菌柄直径、平均单菇重等8个性状对19个杂交菌株进行综合评价。在3对杂交组合中,QK-8、QK-15、W-2、W-13和Q6-12等5个杂交菌株的关联度排名较靠前,农艺性状和子实体性状也明显优于亲本和其它杂交菌株。
【Abstract】 Monokaryotic basidiospores derived from five parental Lentinula edodes strains (Q6,Wx-1,K95-41,L205 and L605) were mated according to three pairing groups (Group 1,Q6×L605; Group 2,Wx-1×L205; Group 3,Q6×K95-1) to yield a total of 55 hybrid strains. Only 19 hybrids produced normal fruit bodies,and these were evaluated by grey correlation analysis in terms of eight agronomic traits:cap thickness and diameter,stipe diameter and length,average fruit body weight,number of fruit bodies and yield per growth bag,and the period between substrate inoculation and fruiting. Five hybrids (QK-8,QK-15,W-2,W-13 and Q6-12) derived from the three crossing combinations exhibited superior agronomic characteristics that ranked closest to a projected ideal strain.
