【摘要】 以19个来源不同的茯苓栽培菌株为材料,采用MEGA4软件对ITS序列进行NJ法聚类分析,构建系统发育树。结果显示,19个药用茯苓菌株ITS长度为1 608 bp～1 611 bp,G/C含量在55.7%～59%之间,遗传距离范围为0～0.0636,遗传差异不大,17个茯苓菌株组成1个大群,茯苓9号和茯苓5.545菌株各自单独聚为一个群。 更多还原
【Abstract】 With the bio-software of MEGA4,the ITS sequences of 19 Poria cocos strains were studied using NJ method to construct the phylogenetic tree.Results showed that the ITS length,G/C contents,genetic distance of 19 Poria cocos strains ranged from 1 608 bp to 1 611 bp,55.7% to 59%,0 to 0.0636.17 Poria cocos strains were clustered into a greater group,and 9# strains and Fuling 5.545 were fallen into a separated group respectively. 更多还原
