【摘要】 食用菌生物反应器生产外源蛋白质是近年来新兴的研究热点。本文综述了以食用菌作为生物反应器表达生产外源蛋白的特点及其遗传转化系统的研究现状和存在问题;最后结合本实验室在该领域的研究情况阐述了食用菌遗传转化系统的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Production of exogenous proteins using edible fungi as bioreactors has recently been the focus of considerable research interest.In this review,we describe the special qualities of edible fungi as bioreactors for expressing and producing exogenous protein,and the problems associated with the development of suitable genetic transformation systems.The applied perspectives of these bioreactors are discussed.
