【摘要】 以常规棉籽壳培养料(90.9%棉籽壳、5%麸皮、2%石灰、1%过磷酸钙、1%石膏、0.1%KH2PO4)为对照,用金针菇(Flammulina velutipes)工厂化生产的废料(简称菌渣)代替部分棉籽壳进行洛巴伊大口蘑(Macrocybe lobayensis=Tricholoma lobayense,金福菇)栽培试验。结果表明,供试培养料中菌丝长势良好,随着菌渣代替比例的增加,现蕾时间缩短;供试菌渣培养料的产量和效益均高于对照,其中替代比例为60%(3∶2)培养料的生物学效率和利润最高,分别为111.79%和5.89元/袋。
【Abstract】 Macrocybe lobayensis(Tricholoma lobayense) was cultivated on a series of substrates in which the cotton seed hull component,normally constituting 90.9% of the basic formula together with 5% wheat bran,2% lime,1% Ca(H2PO4)2·H2O,1% gypsum and 0.1% KH2PO4,was replaced to different extents with spent compost remaining after the industrial-scale cultivation of Flammulina velutipes.Strong mycelial growth was observed in all cases although the mycelial growth rate was not significantly higher compared ...
