【中文摘要】 研究了 38个木耳孢子单核菌株的菌丝生长势、菌丝生长速度多态性与其交配型的关系。结果表明 ,供试的木耳孢子单核菌株在菌丝生长速度和菌丝生长势等培养性状方面出现了一定程度的多态性。在测定的 38个孢子单核菌株中 ,交配型A有 2 1个菌株 ,交配型a有 17个菌株 ,A∶a =2 1∶17。经X2 检验 ,两种交配型未出现 1∶1严重偏离。这表明 ,木耳孢子单核菌株的菌丝生长势和菌丝生长速度与其交配型无明显相关性。
【英文摘要】 The relationship between the polymorphism of the mycelial growth vigour and mycelial growth rate with the mating types of 38 sporulated monocaryotic strains of Auricularia auricula was studied. The results showed that the polymorphism of certain degree in the mycelial growth vigour and mycelial growth rate was existed among the sporulated monocaryotic A. auricula strains tested, and that there were 21 strains of mating type A and 17 strains of mating type a in 38 sporulated monocaryotic strains tested. A∶a=21∶17, according to X 2 test, there was no serious deviation ratio of 1∶1 between mating type A and mating type a. It was therefore concluded that there was no significant relationship between the mycelial growth vigour and mycelial growth rate with the mating type of sporulated monocaryotic strains of A. auricula
