【摘要】 采用微波消解-直角加速飞行质谱仪(ICP-oTOFMS)对云南省不同地区松茸子实体、菌柄和菌盖中砷(As)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)、铅(Pb)的含量进行测定。结果表明,松茸中As、Cd、Hg、Pb的含量范围分别为0.208 mg.kg-10.795 mg.kg-1、0.087 mg.kg-10.209 mg.kg-1、0.015 mg.kg-10.038 mg.kg-1、0.144 mg.kg-10.486 mg.kg-1;菌盖中As、Cd含量均高于菌柄,有显著差异;菌柄和菌盖中Hg、Pb的含量无显著差异。
【Abstract】 A method involving microwave digestion and ICP-oTOFMS was used in determining the contents of arsenic(As),cadmium(Cd),mercury(Hg) and lead(Pb) in Tricholoma matsutake,collected from different areas of Yunnan Province.The results showed that the contents of As,Cd,Hg and Pb in Tricholoma matsutake ranged from 0.208 mg·kg-1 to 0.795 mg·kg-1,0.087 mg·kg-1 to 0.209 mg·kg-1,0.015 mg·kg-1 to 0.038 mg·kg-1,0.144 mg·kg-1 to 0.486 mg·kg-1,the contents of As and Cd in caps were both higher than stipes,the ...
