【中文摘要】 采用不同的碳氮源及不同比例的混合碳氮源对猴头菌进行深层发酵培养,以菌丝体生物量为主要指标筛选出菌丝体生物量较高的培养基优化组合。同时,初步研究了摇瓶继代次数对菌丝体生物量的影响。结果表明,最优培养基为葡萄糖3%,可溶性淀粉2%,酵母膏1%,麦麸1%,KH2PO40.1%,MgSO4·7H2O0.05%;最佳摇瓶继代次数为2次。
【英文摘要】 The screening of the optimum submergedculture medium for Hericium erinaceus was carried out with the mycelia biomass being taken as the major index in the submergedculture of H. erinaceus mycelia,using different single Csources,Nsources and combined Csources and Nsources mixed with different ratios to select the optimized combined medium with higher mycelial biomass. And the effect of the subculture times on the submerged culture of H. erinaceus mycelia was also studied. The results showed that the compositions of the optimum submergedculture medium were as follows: glucose 3%,soluble starch 2%,yeast extract 1%,wheat bran 1%, KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4·7H2O 0.05%, and the optimum subculture time was two.
