    Analgesic Substance from The Anamorph of Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.

    Abstract:A sort of analgesic substance is extracted from the mycelia of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang,an anamorph of Cordyceps. Some physical and chemical characters of this substance are elucidated. The analgesic substance from the mycelia of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang & Liu is water soluble. The best extractive method from the mycelia is soaking-heating extraction. The analgesic substance can be solved in 90% alcohol ,but can't be solved in ether or methanol.The molecular weight of the analgestic substance from Paecilomyces gunnii Liang & Liu is 12 000~14 000 Da. Infrared spectrum of the analgesic substance shows that it doesn't contain the structure of Dolantin's group.The analgesic substance is stable in pH <10 and it is also stable under 100 oC for one hour.In the dosage range of 0.03 g/g (raw herb/mice), the inhibition rate of writhing in mice induced by acetic acid is positively correlated to the dosage injected into mice. The analgesic substance of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang & Liu exists not only endocellular but also extracellular.

    摘 要:报道了分离提纯自古尼虫草(Cordyceps gunii)一个单子囊孢子的无性古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunii)5-19菌株,菌丝培养物镇痛组分的基本理化性质和菌丝不同培养条件对其药理作用的影响.结果表明:虫草菌丝的镇痛组分是水溶性的;镇痛组分最佳提取溶剂为水,最佳提取方法为热提取法;古尼虫草镇痛组分对冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体抑制率在剂量0.05 g/g(生药/小鼠)范围与剂量成正相关;在所试pH值范围内(pH1~10),其镇痛效果无明显变化.当pH>11时,镇痛作用强度下降.镇痛组分有较好的热稳定性.在100 ℃加热1 h,它对冰醋酸所致的小鼠扭体抑制率仍为100%;培养基组成和培养温度在所试条件下,不仅影响菌丝的生物量,而且影响菌丝浸出物的镇痛效果.
